Calling all ghosts, goblins, princesses and superheroes! Before heading out for a night of Halloween trick-or-treating, we invite you to stop by Caldwell City Hall to show off your costumes and leave with some treats.
Residents are encouraged to bring their children to safely trick-or-treat at Caldwell City Hall, and other city buildings from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. Monday, Oct. 31.
