NOTE: New and Transfer Alcohol Beverage License applications MUST be notarized by a notary public before turning in to the City Clerk's office. City Hall also has a notary public available during office hours.
-
New or Transfer alcohol beverage licenses
require Caldwell City Council approval, which meets on the first and third Tuesday of each month. Because of this requirement, we will accept
NEW or TRANSFER alcohol beverage license applications
for the City of Caldwell prior to your State and County license being issued to you.
However, your City of Caldwell license will not be issued until you have received State, County, and City Council
approval.
- You can choose either the fillable form, or the download (print) form. In
both cases, you will first download the application to your computer or device. The fillable form can be
filled out electronically, the print form must be printed and filled out by hand. Both forms must then be
notarized (City Hall has several notaries) and returned to the City Clerk's office (original documents are for
our files -- no scanned documents).
