The City's Caldwell Cares program provides water bill payment assistance to customers in need.  Caldwell Cares is funded through the generous donations of Caldwell residents.  We also partner with The Salvation Army to assist residents with water bills.  Click here for the brochure with more information on this program.  

To sign up and make an on-going monthly donation (added to your monthly water bill), click HERE for the form to print out.  Fill out the form and return it to the water department (205 S 6th Ave in Caldwell).  Your donation amount will appear on your water bill during the next billing cycle, and your donation to Caldwell Cares will begin at that time as well.
