Online Crime Report Form

This form is intended for the reporting of incidents that are ONLY occurring in Caldwell city limits. The following crime types may be reported using this form:

  • Stolen Property - if there are no suspects and no evidence, such as video or witnesses (If you need to report a stolen firearm or vehicle call non-emergency dispatch 208-454-7531)
  • Credit/debit card or internet fraud - if there are no suspects and no evidence, such as video or witnesses
  • Gift card fraud - if there are no suspects and no evidence, such as video or witnesses
  • Vandalism - if there are no suspects and no evidence, such as video or witnesses
  • Graffiti - if there are no suspects and no evidence, such as video or witnesses
  • Lost property, such as packages, wallets, cell phones (for firearms call non-emergency dispatch 208-454-7531)
