BEFORE APPLYING PLEASE NOTE

A traffic control plan can be submitted after application.

Payment must be submitted with the Right-of-Way Permit in order for it to be reviewed and given approval. You will be taken to the City of Caldwell Payment Portal when you click the "Submit" button at the end of the application.

Proof of insurance in the amount not less than one million dollars ($1,000,000). The City of Caldwell shall be listed thereon as a certificate holder and an additional insured. Said proof of insurance shall stipulate that the City of Caldwell be held harmless in the event any claim is made.

SCHOOL ZONE TRAFFIC CONTROL RESTRICTIONS - No Flagging or Disruption to Traffic During Times Restrictions

30 mins after school starts to 30 mins before school.

Purpose: To help move along pick up and drop off traffic as well as busses to and from the schools
