Waiver to start service:  

I request water services be turned on at the above address. I understand that water service will be turned on or after the Date Requested.

It is my responsibility to make sure the house is ready for water service. I will indemnify, defend and hold the City of Caldwell harmless from and against any and all damages that may occur as a result of water service being turned on at the above address.

NOTE: $230 DEPOSIT REQUIRED  -Rent or Lease customers only 

Once you submit this request, you will be taken to our online pay services. The deposit MUST be paid before services are turned on.

Service will be done before 4pm for walk in customers.  Website service will be 24 hr turn around.

Holidays and weekends excluded

Please note: We do not provide service on Weekends or Holidays

Don't forget to license your dog

The city of Caldwell has an ordinance "all dogs must be licensed"
