Pay a Parking Ticket Issued by the Police Department or the Parking Compliance Division
There are multiple options for paying parking tickets. Pay a parking ticket online, by mail, by drop box, or in person.
Pay Online
Pay your ticket online with a credit or debit card. NOTE: Where the payment portal asks for your Account or Customer ID#, please enter your ticket #.
Pay by Mail
Mail your ticket and a check in the provided envelope to the address listed on the ticket
Pay In-Person
Come to the Planning & Zoning Department, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, located on the 2nd floor of Caldwell City Hall. The address is:

Drop your ticket and payment in the utility drop box, located in the Nancolas Center parking lot in front of the Nancolas Building at 205 S 6th Avenue. NOTE: please DO NOT put cash in the drop box.
