Vendor Registration

If you are interested in obtaining a booth for any of the events listed above, click on the event name, and look for the vendor registration form.  If it is an online fillable form, fill it out and click 'submit' when you are done.  Otherwise, please print out, fill out, and return forms to the Caldwell City Hall at 205 S 6th Ave.  Forms are usually located on the event page.  For example, vendor forms and parade entry applications for the 4th of July celebration are available on the 4th of July event page.

NOTE:  Now that the Indian Creek Plaza is open, Destination Caldwell is the primary coordinator for the Farmer's Market, for the Indian Creek Festival (held every September), and for the Winter Wonderland Festival (held the Friday before Thanksgiving each year).   Click on the event names above, and you will be taken to their website events page, where you can find the online submission forms.  Questions for these events can be emailed to:  info@destinationcaldwell.org.
